Pressure reducing valve (Pressure Reducing Valve,PRV) is a device used to control fluid pressure, which is widely used in various industrial fields and civil facilities. It can reduce the pressure of the high-pressure system to keep it within a safe and controllable range to protect related equipment and pipelines from excessive pressure damage.

Product Description
The working principle of the pressure reducing valve is to change the speed and pressure of the fluid through the valve by adjusting the passage area of the fluid. When the pressure in the system exceeds the set pressure range, the pressure reducing valve will automatically open, allowing a part of the fluid to flow out, thereby reducing the pressure of the system. Conversely, when the pressure of the system is lower than the set value, the pressure reducing valve will close to prevent the fluid from continuing to flow out, thereby maintaining the stability of the system.
Pressure reducing valve can be divided into direct and indirect two types. Direct type pressure reducing valve is the pressure reducing valve and regulating valve into one design, by adjusting the tension of the spring to achieve the adjustment of the fluid pressure. The indirect pressure reducing valve is divided into two parts: the main pressure reducing valve and the auxiliary pressure reducing valve. The main pressure reducing valve is responsible for receiving high-pressure fluid and making preliminary adjustment, while the auxiliary pressure reducing valve makes fine adjustment to the main pressure reducing valve to achieve more accurate pressure control.
In the industrial field, pressure reducing valve is usually used in water treatment, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, electric power and other industries. For example, a pressure reducing valve can be used to reduce the pressure of a high-pressure water source to a suitable pressure to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of water. In civil facilities, pressure reducing valves are also widely used in building water systems, HVAC systems, etc., to protect system equipment and pipelines from high pressure hazards.
Valve in practical applications need to consider a variety of factors, such as flow, pressure, medium and temperature. Different working conditions and requirements may require the selection of different types and specifications of the pressure reducing valve. Therefore, the choice of suitable pressure reducing valve needs to consider the specific situation and needs of the system, and refer to the relevant technical parameters and standards.
In short, the pressure reducing valve is an important fluid control device that can effectively protect system equipment and pipelines from excessive pressure damage. Pressure reducing valve is widely used in the industrial field and civil facilities, and plays an important role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system.
Introduction
The SRJ series ultrasonic remote water meter is used to measure and control the total volume of water flowing through the tap water pipeline. This product has the characteristics of beautifulappearance, convenient installation, accurate measurement, stable operation, strong anti pollution and anti-corrosion ability, long service life, safety and reliability, economic practicality, and convenient remote transmission and viewing. It can be widely used in water metering facilities, and the product directive complies with the national standard CJ266-2008.The factory inspection regulations shall comply with the "Verification Regulations for Cold Water Meters" JJG162-2009.
Product Features
◆ The flow sensor of this meter adopts ultrasonic flow sensing method. Accurate measurement, unaffected by rust in water and external magnetic field interference, suitable for Chinese water quality. The shell is processed by hard die forging, CNC machine tools, and combination machine tools, with good mechanical strength and high dimensional accuracy. It ensures the stability and accuracy of the product's long-term operation.
◆ Equipped with self- diagnosis, fault display, and power-off data protection functions, when the ultrasonic water meter accidentally malfunctions, the fault code is displayed and the current data is automatically saved.
◆ Using a LCD display, the display data is complete and accurate, and reading data is convenient and fast.
◆ Real time clock design, achieving date recording and display functions.
◆ Using environmentally friendly lithium batteries with a service life of over 6 years (theoretically greater than 10 years).
